Talks and Demonstrations We're often invited to do informal talks and demo's to clubs or small groups of interested individuals. They last around one and a half hours during which you will have the opportunity to learn about different types of chocolate as well as taste some of the finest chocolate from around the world. We tell you all about how we got started and how we work as well as teaching you a few simple techniques of working with chocolate at home to create some impressive dinner party desserts.
